You don’t need to be a registered user to make purchases from Hayelinyc.com, but we recommend creating an account to add your favorite products to your Wish List, track item availability, and stay updated on the best deals and promotions.

If you forget your password, simply click ‘Forgot your password?’ on the Account sign-in bar and enter your email address. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Shopping online with Hayelinyc is simple. After selecting your favorite item, choose the size, color (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart.” Then, navigate to Your Bag (in the top right corner) and click “Proceed to Checkout.”

You will have the option to “Sign in” with your credentials or continue as a “Guest” by filling out the email address field.

The next step involves providing a delivery address and payment information. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, and your package will be on its way!

Shipping Times and Costs

  • Complimentary ground shipping delivers within 1 to 7 business days.
  • You can collect your parcel in-store within 1 to 7 business days.
  • Next-day and Express delivery options are available upon request.
  • Purchases are delivered in a signature Hayelinyc box tied with a ribbon, with the exception of certain items.

Payment Methods

Hayelinyc accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total amount will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without entering your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

In addition, Hayelinyc.com features a Fast Checkout option, which allows you to securely save your credit card details so you don’t have to re-enter them for future purchases.
